Kumpulan Pengurusan Kayu Kayan Terengganu (KPKKT) conducted a courtesy visit to the Terengganu South Forest District Office (PHDTS) on Thursday, 23 April 2026. The visit was held at the district office and led by the Deputy General Manager of KPKKT, Mr. Ahmad Bazli bin Razali.
The delegation was received by the newly appointed District Forest Officer, Mr. Ahmad Fikri bin Mistar, who recently assumed his duties at the office. The session served as an initial platform for discussions on operational matters, coordination of forest management activities, and current issues involving concession areas under KPKKT’s supervision.
The engagement also played an important role in strengthening strategic collaboration between KPKKT and the Terengganu State Forestry Department. KPKKT extends its highest appreciation to the Terengganu South Forest District Office for the warm reception and constructive engagement throughout the visit.
It is hoped that this meeting will serve as a foundation for more effective coordination between both parties, supporting smoother field operations and reinforcing a shared commitment towards sustainable forest resource management.
